A broker passes your enquiry along and takes a margin. We take the purchase order. That difference decides who answers the phone when a shipment is late or a yield drops, and it is the reason the platform exists.

How suppliers get on the platform
Qualification, not registration
Every manufacturer goes through a documented evaluation covering process capability, equipment, certifications, financial stability and past performance. Capacity is re-checked, because a factory that fit last quarter may be full this one.
Suppliers stay on the platform by performing against on-time delivery, first-pass yield and responsiveness. Those that do not, come off it.
