We are a one-stop electronics contract manufacturing service. You send a requirement; we match it to a verified manufacturer in our network, take the purchase order ourselves, manage the build and quality inspection, and deliver to your door. You hold one contract with us rather than several with factories you have to manage.

Neither, exactly. We do not own the factories, but we do take the purchase order and the responsibility that comes with it. A broker passes your enquiry on and steps back; we stay accountable for the deliverable, the quality and the delivery date.

We have manufacturing partners and customers across Asia, Europe, North America and Australia, with local phone support in India, the USA, the UK and Australia.

For PCB assembly: Gerber files, bill of materials, pick-and-place or centroid file, assembly drawing and any test specification. For harnesses: the wire list and connector schedule with lengths. For box build: assembly drawings, work instructions and packaging spec. Send what you have — we will tell you what is missing.

Straightforward assemblies usually come back within two to three working days. Complex box build or anything needing new tooling takes longer because we are getting real answers from real suppliers rather than estimating.

No. We handle five-piece prototypes through to programmes of over 100,000 units a year. Small batches carry a higher unit price because setup cost is spread across fewer boards, and we will always show you that.

Yes. You can request a quote for a single order, or onboard with your annual demand shared offline or over an EDI connection.

Yes, and we would rather sign before you send anything. Your design data is yours.

IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3 for assemblies, IPC/WHMA-A-620 for cable and harness work, and J-STD-001 for soldering. Supplier certifications include ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949 and AS9100 depending on the sector.

Through a documented evaluation covering process capability, equipment, certifications, financial stability and past performance — then ongoing scoring on delivery, first-pass yield and responsiveness. Capacity is re-checked, because a factory that fit last quarter may be full this one.

It does not ship. We raise a non-conformance with the supplier, drive root cause and corrective action, and tell you what happened and what the revised date is. You hear it from us before you notice it yourself.

Yes — date and lot codes, reflow profiles, AOI images, test logs and a certificate of conformance, retained for the agreed period.

Yes. Freight, duty and handling are quoted alongside the build cost so the number you approve is the number you pay. We work to EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP.

Yes. We send advance shipment notifications to all EDI-compliant customers to keep warehouse utilisation aligned with a just-in-time approach, and we support 850, 855, 856, 810 and 830 messages, or flat-file and API integration where EDI is not in place.

Yes — buffer stock, consignment, vendor-managed inventory and kanban call-off against an agreed forecast, in bonded or general warehousing.

PCBA prototypes from five working days after component availability, harness prototypes from seven, and box build pilot runs from ten. Production lead times depend on volume and part availability and are committed in the quote.
